Even if you think you've tried it all, I believe you can greatly diminish or even eliminate your chronic pain through the Feldenkrais method.
I suffered with chronic neck pain for years. But today, I am virtually pain free and I owe it to a commitment to fitness and learning the Feldenkrais method.

Janet's Advice
Above all, have fun!
For a lot of people, getting fit means having to work hard. And if that working hard has to come at the end of a long day at work, well it's just not going to happen. You can look at getting fit differently, though. With the right instruction, fitness is actually a lot of fun - and a big stress reliever!
Come visit me at PIOMA and let's get fit and have fun!
Christopher Juarez - Kettlebells
Christopher Juarez holds a Hardsyle Kettlebell Certification with the Russian Kettlebell Challenge, a highly respected name in Kettlebell fitness. He has taught thousands of people how to swim over the past decade. He has trained Kettlebells with some of the best for half of a decade. For the past few years, he has begun to share his love the Kettlebell with athletes everywhere. He has trained triathletes, mixed martial artists and other combat athletes. He has also helped those in search of personal fitness goals learn the art of the Kettlebell well enough to train themselves. His students and colleagues have enjoyed the enthusiasm and fitness ingenuity Chris provides. They continue to flourish and grow, regardless of age and experience.
You can find him on www.dragondoor.com, www.youtube.com/ChrisKettlebells, ask the fighters at cpmma.net or his countless swim students around Maryland. Most importantly, Chris believes that everyone can learn and grow best when their mind is empty of expectation and ego. With an open mind and hard work, we can accomplish anything.
Chris' Advice
Old school fitness still rules.
No matter what machine they can develop, working out the right way with kettlebells will rival them all!
The simple concept of isolating muscle movement using the weight in kettlebells tightens, tones and builds muscle mass.
Come take a kettlebells class with me at PIOMA to see how old school still rules!

Steve's Advice
Release the athlete within.
It doesn't matter if you can't throw a football or were always the last to get picked for the kickball team - we all have the ability to be athletic. While that may be quite different between a ball player and a librarian, each of us has the capability to be physical in some regard.
Physical fitness in any way shape or form helps us all release our inner athlete. Come see me at PIOMA for guidance on achieving your fitness goals.

Sandie's Advice
Do You REALLY Know Nutrition?
Believe it or not, even those of us who consider ourselves 'fit' often miss one of the most important parts of health - what we eat. We all know that foods high in trans fat, fried foods, and food with too much sugar are bad, but until you truly understand nutrition, you may be eating things each day that make you feel less than your best. Sensitivity to certain elements in food like gluten, for example, can have a profound effect on your health. Visit me at PIOMA to learn more about how to feel great and help achieve your fitness goals through nutrition.
