The Feldenkrais Method by Janice Long
The Feldenkrais Method, developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais in the 1940's, teaches proper movement techniques that greatly increase flexibility, and often times eliminates pain.
By retraining the body how to move properly, Feldenkrais provides the means to better health and well-being.
Janice Long is a guild certified Feldenkrais practioner. In order to become certified in the Feldenkrais method, practioners must go through 4 years of extensive training. Through classroom instruction and personal, hands-on training with certified Feldenkrais instructors, Janice earned her guild certification in 2011.
